Your role will be to provide continuous support to the bar team during service to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide ongoing support and assistance to bartenders at the bar. * Promptly replenish ice, beverages, glassware, and other necessary supplies. * Collect glasses and maintain bar cleanliness throughout the event. * Assist in organizing storage rooms and inventory areas. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a bar assistant in nightclubs or large-capacity venues. * Professional appearance, physical agility, and excellent teamwork skills. * Fluency in Spanish and working knowledge of English. * Availability for night shifts and weekends. **We Offer** * Onboarding in October for our new Madrid opening. * Full-time or part-time employment contract. * Opportunity for professional development within a high-performing environment.
