A model built on collaboration among specialized professionals, knowledge, technology, and best-in-class market practices. **Your Mission at Azenea** As **People Operations \& Compliance** lead, your role will be to ensure every individual’s lifecycle is flawless and that the group meets the highest regulatory standards to grow securely, digitally, and efficiently. Today we are nearly 300 people — and we aim to close the year with a team of 500! **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Employee Experience Management: Support the full lifecycle (from CV screening through onboarding and offboarding), ensuring smooth transitions, accurate contract management, and consistent feedback at every stage. * Monthly Payroll Operations: Guarantee flawless payroll processing by consolidating monthly incidents to ensure timeliness and accuracy. * Digitalization and Efficiency (HR Tech): Manage and optimize HR software (Bizneo), streamline manual processes, and reduce administrative burden to improve daily operations. * Regulatory Compliance Leadership (Compliance): Ensure the company’s legal robustness by implementing/supervising mandatory protocols (Equality, GDPR, Right to Disconnect, Harassment) and acting as the liaison with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) services. * Labor Management: Administer diverse collective bargaining agreements across our 15 locations and lead document management during integration of new firms, ensuring seamless and efficient transfer into the group. **Why Join AZENEA?** We believe in people, in a collaborative culture, and in elevating processes to the next level.
