We are currently seeking an **AdTech Analyst**, a junior profile with a background in development or programming who wishes to launch their career in the AdTech sector, learning first-hand how campaign activation, measurement, and optimization work on advanced digital platforms. **Location:** Madrid ### **Requirements (Must)** * Recent technical education: programming bootcamps, computer engineering, full-stack development, data analysis, or similar. * Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and scripting logic (e.g., for tag and pixel management). * Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data environments. Initial interest or knowledge of platforms like Google Data Studio, BigQuery, etc., is valued. * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, with a mindset of continuous learning. * Good level of English, essential for communicating with platforms and technical documentation. * Prior experience in AdTech is not required, but genuine interest in learning and developing within this field is mandatory. ### **Responsibilities (to be learned during the internship)** * Technical trafficking: uploading and testing creatives, tagging via TMS (primarily Google Tag Manager), technical validation. * Defining and structuring taxonomies for advertising platforms (ad servers, DSPs). * Configuring and launching digital campaigns. * Supporting automation, tracking, tagging, and technical troubleshooting tasks. * Participating in reporting and performance analysis processes using dashboards. * Collaborating with media, data, and technology teams on integrated projects. ### **Compensation** JAKALA maintains objective and transparent salary bands aligned with internal equity and remuneration transparency principles.
