We seek a Functional Analyst for Payment Methods with experience in the financial sector, capable of working in regulated environments and providing solid insight into processes, functionalities, and operations related to payment methods. The selected candidate will closely collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure efficient, client-aligned solutions. Responsibilities: * Analyze, define, and document functional requirements related to payment methods. * Act as liaison between business and development teams, ensuring accurate interpretation of needs. * Review and validate functional specifications, proposing improvements where appropriate. * Participate in the execution and monitoring of functional testing. * Ensure developments comply with financial sector regulations and standards. * Collaborate in resolving functional incidents and continuously improving processes. Requirements: * Prior experience in one or more of the following sectors: + Banking + Payment institutions + Fintech + Financial consulting * Knowledge and experience in payment methods processes and operations. * Ability to document requirements and understand complex functional workflows. * Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical capability. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. Key Competencies: * Advanced functional analysis. * Understanding of the payment methods ecosystem. * Coordination between technical and business teams. * Rigor and quality orientation.
