We are seeking a **Technological Risk and Cybersecurity Analyst**, with experience in technological risk and cybersecurity management, to participate in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with new business initiatives. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze all technological initiatives submitted to the **Cybersecurity / Technological Risk** unit. * Perform **technological and cybersecurity risk assessments** for each initiative. * Evaluate each initiative, **identify vulnerabilities**, and anticipate potential risk scenarios. * Define and propose **technical and organizational controls** to mitigate each identified risk. * Ensure initiatives comply with **internal security standards** and applicable regulatory frameworks. * Collaborate with **IT, Architecture, Security, and Business** teams. * Participate in **cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives** (desirable). **Requirements** -------------- * **3 to 5 years** of experience in technological risk, cybersecurity, or information security. * Experience in **identifying, assessing, and treating technological risks**. * Ability to **comprehensively analyze technological initiatives** and translate risks into concrete controls. * An **analytical profile with critical thinking and a preventive mindset**. * Experience in the **financial sector** (valuable). **Work Modality** ------------------------ * On-site presence required only on **Fridays at our Madrid offices**. **What We Offer?** ------------------- * **Stable employment** with an international company. * **Salary band aligned with your experience**. * **Flexible compensation**. * **Continuous training in cybersecurity and technological risk management**. * **Hybrid work model and flexible working hours**.
