Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Developer to coordinate and manage all phases of BESS, photovoltaic, and hybrid project development—from identification through to commissioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and management of BESS, photovoltaic, and hybrid project development 2. Liaison with agents involved in project permitting 3. Participation in M&A and due diligence processes **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to bring a **Project Developer** onto our team. **Your typical day will include**: * Coordinating and managing all development phases and activities for BESS, photovoltaic, and hybrid projects—from opportunity identification through to commissioning. * Liaising with agents involved in project permitting (administrative authorities, grid operators, electricity companies, developers, landowners, etc.). * Reviewing technical documentation and studies required to obtain various permits and authorizations. * Participating in M\&A and due diligence processes—identifying new business opportunities. * Contracting and managing engineering firms and other consulting services; leading tenders, negotiations, and offer evaluations. **Requirements**: * Engineering degree; technical profile * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role * Leadership and team coordination skills * Analytical ability and risk management expertise * Contract negotiation experience * Knowledge of sector regulations, including regulatory or market changes.
