**Job Title** Project Manager **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **DIRECT REPORTS TO:** Build Coordinator **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:** * Manage assigned projects, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements. * Prepare required reports for each project. * Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans. * Manage project changes, controlling associated costs and impacts on project scheduling. * Estimate costs for assigned projects. * Act as the client’s representative on assigned projects. * Manage client relationships, keeping them continuously informed; coordinate across potentially multiple client teams and secure necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders. * Oversee execution quality of assigned projects. * Monitor internal/external costs. * Control invoicing for assigned projects according to established procedures. * Ensure all projects meet client-specified deadlines. * Ensure construction works comply with all applicable health and safety standards. * Prepare budgets for commercial proposals. * Evaluate suppliers in accordance with ISO procedures. * Serve as the preventive resource for assigned construction sites. * Promote the use of digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence to optimize project management, planning, and monitoring. * Analyze cost, schedule, and risk deviations using advanced digital tools to support decision-making. Collaborate in continuous improvement of internal processes through new technologies applied to construction and project management. * **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Preferably Architect, Technical Architect, Engineer, or Technical Engineer * **DESIRABLE SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:** * AutoCAD * Revit * Presto * MS Project * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Collaborative and document management tools (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar). * Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data analysis and automation tools. * Knowledge of AI tools applied to project management, reporting, and document analysis is a plus. 60-hour occupational health and safety course. * **DESIRABLE LANGUAGES:** * Spanish: Native-level spoken and written proficiency * English: Advanced spoken and written proficiency Other languages: Desirable * **DESIRED EXPERIENCE:** * 3–6 years as a Construction Manager on tertiary-sector renovation projects.
