Collaborate in continuous improvement of internal processes through new technologies applied to construction and project management. * **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Preferably Architect, Technical Architect, Engineer, or Technical Engineer * **DESIRABLE SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:** * AutoCAD * Revit * Presto * MS Project * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Collaborative and document management tools (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar). * Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data analysis and automation tools. * Knowledge of AI tools applied to project management, reporting, and document analysis is a plus. 60-hour occupational health and safety course. * **DESIRABLE LANGUAGES:** * Spanish: Native-level spoken and written proficiency * English: Advanced spoken and written proficiency Other languages: Desirable * **DESIRED EXPERIENCE:** * 3–6 years as a Construction Manager on tertiary-sector renovation projects.
