We are looking for a qualified Receptionist to take on the following responsibilities, with a stable position and permanent contract.
\- Guide visitors to the corresponding offices.
\- Monitor visitor entry and exit.
\- Make phone calls to visitors.
\- Provide support to the Administration Department. Preparation of documentation.
\- Ordering office supplies, furniture, mobile devices, PPE.
\- Receiving mail, courier deliveries, shipments, etc.
\- Handling incoming calls.
