At **DORMITY**, the industry-leading manufacturer and retailer of sleep systems with over 20 years of experience and a network of more than 55 retail locations, we are seeking sales talent for our physical stores located in Barcelona. ***What will you do at DORMITY?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring that every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and tailored advice to each customer based on their actual needs. * Boosting sales with confidence, conviction, and thorough product knowledge. * Following up on quotations and contributing to customer loyalty. * Ability to guide customers through to the purchase decision, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value to the customer. ***What do we offer?*** · Permanent contract · Base salary (€19,392 gross annually) + variable compensation, resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000–€40,000. · 40-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30). · Initial and ongoing training on sales techniques and products, provided by our professionals, so you have all the necessary tools.
