ACTIVITY MONITOR – NIGHT SHIFT – AUTONOMY SUPPORT APARTMENT

Description

We are seeking to hire an **activity monitor for the night shift** at an apartment promoting personal autonomy for adults with disabilities, located in Barcelona. The selected candidate will be part of the direct care team and will perform duties involving accompaniment and support for residents, always fostering their autonomy, participation, and well-being. **We offer:** * Coverage for sick leave (IT). * Night shift from Monday to Thursday. * Salary according to collective agreement. * Holidays according to the official labor calendar. * Immediate start. **Required profile:** We prefer professionals with training or experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or dependency. Particularly valued profiles include **Nursing Assistant (TCAE), Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, Social Integration Technician (TIS), Family Care Worker, or Socio-healthcare Assistant**, or related qualifications. **Responsibilities:** * Support and accompaniment in activities of daily living (ADLs). * Assistance with hygiene, personal care, and other basic needs. * Accompaniment during nighttime routines and supervision of rest. * Promoting and maintaining the abilities and autonomy of those supported. * Monitoring the general condition of residents and detecting possible incidents. * Recording shift-related information and incidents. * Following service guidelines and protocols. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the apartment spaces. * Coordination and communication with other professional team members. **Especially valued:** * Experience working with people with disabilities and/or dependency. * Experience in supported apartments, residential facilities, or direct care services. * Ability to work autonomously during the night shift. * Responsibility, initiative, and observational skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Interest in and sensitivity toward promoting personal autonomy and person-centered care. **Workplace:** Barcelona.
