Your primary mission will be to analyze, prepare, and draft technical-economic proposals for public and private tenders in the field of singular construction (hospitals, universities, corporate headquarters, etc.) in Catalonia. **What will you do daily?** * **Tender Document Analysis:** Thorough review of technical (PPT) and administrative (PCA) conditions in public and private tenders. * **Economic Analysis:** Calculation of direct and indirect costs, labor, subcontracting, materials, and margin optimization. * **Technical Report Drafting:** Preparation of technical proposals (service organization, preventive/corrective maintenance plans, proposals for improvement and energy efficiency). * **Document Management:** Preparation and control of all administrative documentation required in tender processes. * **Follow-up:** Monitoring submission deadlines and attending tender openings or contracting committee meetings when necessary. **You are the ideal candidate if you bring…** * **Education:** Technical or Higher Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or Technical Architecture / Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years performing identical responsibilities within maintenance services or Facility Management companies. * **Languages:** Essential fluency in **Catalan and Spanish**, both spoken and written, to author official technical reports. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Presto and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with public procurement platforms (SPSC) and AutoCAD. * **Competencies:** Strong organizational skills, rigor in meeting deadlines, autonomy, and high analytical capacity. **What will you find at COMSA?** A close-knit team where knowledge is shared and learning happens daily.
