Description
We are a growing electricity supplier with a small team and an established project. We are looking to hire a versatile administrative/IVA assistant who wishes to become part of the company’s daily operations, eager to learn about a constantly evolving sector and progressively assume responsibilities. You will work side by side with the department head, carrying out highly diverse tasks and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Provide administrative support across various company departments, managing administrative processes, client documentation, public tenders, and basic accounting tasks, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the organization. Main responsibilities: Administrative management related to electricity supply contracts. Processing documentation before public administrations and official bodies. Preparation and monitoring of public tenders. Support in document management for public procurement procedures. General administrative tasks typical of the department. Bank reconciliations. Issuing payment batches. Support in basic accounting tasks. Support in preparing tax filings and accounting documentation. Telephone support and resolution of administrative incidents. Organization and monitoring of multiple concurrent administrative processes.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience. Requirements: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, Administration or equivalent. Knowledge of accounting is valued. Experience: Prior administrative experience. Experience in small companies or family-run environments is desirable. Experience in public tenders is valued. Knowledge of the electricity or energy sector is also valued (not mandatory). Skills: Basic accounting. Bank reconciliations. Payment batches. Basic tax knowledge (valued). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Salary commensurate with experience (€25,000–€28,000).
