Responsibilities include comprehensive management of the reception team, supervision of their activities, and fostering their professional development. Also, provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer service, efficiently addressing inquiries and incidents. Organizing and optimizing appointment and treatment schedules is essential, as is handling computer tools and specialized management software. Other daily tasks include supervising payments, cash closing procedures, and preparing activity reports and their key performance indicators. The role requires constant coordination with the center’s technical team to ensure seamless communication and adherence to quality protocols and standards. It also involves collaborating on customer retention initiatives and service promotions.
