Main Responsibilities: - Interior and exterior painting work. - Surface preparation (sanding, plastering, and repair). - Application of plastic paints, enamels, and decorative coatings. - High-quality finishes in residential buildings, homeowners' associations, and commercial premises. - Coordination with multi-trade teams for the execution of comprehensive projects. Requirements: - Proven experience in painting work. - Knowledge of materials and application techniques. - Responsible, organized, and quality-oriented individual. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Driver's license (desirable).
