**Join Operinter as a Senior Maritime Export Traffic Operator!** ️ At Grupo Alonso, a leading multi-sector company at national and international level, we are looking to incorporate a **Senior Maritime Export Traffic Operator** at our L'Hospitalet de Llobregat headquarters, with previous experience in similar roles at Operinter, one of our leading companies in the Logistics sector. ***Who are we?*** Operinter is a leading Integrated Logistics Operator in Spain, part of the corporate holding Grupo Alonso, with over 35 years of experience in international trade. We offer comprehensive logistics solutions, covering all stages of the supply chain. Your main responsibilities will include: **Contact with shipping lines and clients**: You will be the key liaison with our suppliers and customers, ensuring a continuous flow of information. **Shipment monitoring**: You will supervise each shipment to ensure everything is under control and meets deadlines. **Export documentation management**: You will handle bookings, transportation, BL instructions, and all necessary documentation for different types of cargo (IMO, Reefer, dry, etc). **Client relations and customs coordination**: You will ensure smooth communication with clients and the customs team for seamless operations. **Transportation management**: You will coordinate transportation, ensuring efficient delivery of every shipment. **Invoicing**: You will carry out the invoicing process, ensuring all details are accurately reflected. What we are looking for: * Conversational level English * 8\-10 years of experience in a similar position, handling maritime export traffic operations We offer a permanent contract, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working hours from 08\.30h to 13\.30h/14h and from 14\.30h/15h to 17\.30h, with 1 day of remote work per week, and a salary based on experience and competencies.
