Who are we looking for? We are seeking a dynamic, creative and solution-oriented individual for the position of Marketing and Communication Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company's presence on social media, producing audiovisual content, and coordinating logistics for events, trade shows, and corporate travel. Main responsibilities: * Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.): planning, publishing, and monitoring. * Content production: corporate videos, photographs, reels, and graphic posts. * Coordination and organization of events, industry trade fairs, and team trips. * Booking hotels, flights, registrations, and other logistical arrangements. * Support in internal and external company communication. * Development of marketing materials (presentations, catalogs, brochures, etc.). * Analysis of campaign and social media performance. Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields. * Experience in social media management and digital content creation. * Skills in video and image editing (Adobe, Canva or similar tools). * Intermediate to advanced level of English (desirable). * Valid driver's license (desirable).
