Your mission Your role will be key in accelerating Natulim's growth through digital advertising. You will design, execute, and optimize Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns, helping us reach new audiences and strengthen our international presence. Main responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and especially YouTube Ads). Develop acquisition and remarketing strategies aligned with business goals and the brand’s sustainable philosophy. Analyze campaign performance and propose continuous improvements based on data (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, VTR). Manage advertising budgets ensuring efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with content, design, and branding teams to create effective video ads consistent with the Natulim identity. Develop tracking dashboards in Looker Studio and produce periodic performance reports. Stay updated on the latest developments within the Google ecosystem and identify new advertising opportunities. Requirements 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns. Availability to work 2 hours per day remotely. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio. Strong analytical skills and results orientation. Experience with Performance Max, Video Action Campaigns, and TrueView for Action. Passion for sustainable marketing and purpose-driven brands. Ability to work collaboratively, proactive mindset, and focus on continuous improvement. Experience in e-commerce, D2C, and other paid media channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus. Education and certifications Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Google Ads certifications (Video, Search, Display, and Measurement).
