We want you to identify improvement opportunities, promoting a shared culture of quality. How can we summarize in four lines what you will contribute to the company? * You will act as the operational and performance radar for the different business units, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring results, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective action plans. * We would like you to audit procedures, tools, and corporate systems across the units. * You will ensure consistency and uniformity of operational processes across countries and divisions, redefining them if necessary, always seeking improvements in productivity and service quality. * You will identify, share, and institutionalize the group's best operational practices, as well as design and coordinate training initiatives. * You will coordinate the team of corporate workshop, traffic, quality managers, etc. If you have the following, this is your project! * Degree in Industrial Engineering (technical or advanced): civil, public works, transportation infrastructure, etc. Additional education in transport, mobility, or similar fields will be especially valued. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the mobility sector (transport operator, mobility consultancy, etc.). * Knowledge of operational processes (planning, maintenance, quality, customer information, etc.) * Advanced level of English required; knowledge of French will be an advantage. * Availability to travel to learn about the group's operational functioning (Spain, France, Portugal, and Saudi Arabia). * Required: analytical and structured person, with strong communication skills and initiative in problem solving.
