Mission
A corporate advisory firm seeks to hire a Labor Consultant for its central Barcelona offices, aiming to provide specialized advisory services and comprehensively manage the labor area for an assigned client portfolio.
Reports To
Labor Area Director.
Functions and Responsibilities
Comprehensive management of payroll processes, including calculation and preparation of monthly payrolls.
Advisory services and client support in managing an assigned client portfolio.
Application and monitoring of Collective Bargaining Agreements and current labor regulations.
Management of Social Security and processing of tax settlements.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or equivalent.
Languages
Native-level Spanish and Catalan.
