We are currently seeking to hire an **IT Security Technician N1** to join a stable client-facing service located in **Barcelona**, working on-site and integrating into a specialized team responsible for operating and supporting cybersecurity platforms. If you are passionate about technology and wish to build your professional career in cybersecurity, this could be your next opportunity. **Your Mission** ------------- You will join the team responsible for the daily operation of security solutions, collaborating on monitoring, incident management, and maintenance of critical cybersecurity platforms. You will work alongside specialized technical profiles within a top-tier technological environment, enabling you to gain experience and continue growing professionally within the IT Security area. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** ------------------------------- Manage and track incidents and requests related to IT security. Monitor and operate cybersecurity tools. Perform initial analysis, classification, and tracking of security alerts. Provide operational support for endpoint protection platforms, antivirus solutions, and corporate security solutions. Escalate incidents to specialized teams when necessary. Collaborate in implementing operational changes and improvements. Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures. Coordinate with Systems, Networking, Security, and SOC teams.
