Responsibilities
Managing documentation on access platforms.
Supporting employee recruitment processes.
Updating databases.
Managing documentation related to occupational health and safety (PRL) and training.
Handling telephone inquiries and providing administrative support.
Publishing job openings and conducting initial candidate screening.
General support to the Human Resources department.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a one-hour lunch break. On-site position.
Experience at a leading company in HR solutions. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Vocational Training (FP), or Master’s program related to Administration, Human Resources, or Labor Relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Monthly gross financial support for studies: €500.
