Symrise – always inspiring more... **Your Role** * Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in all interventions. * Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team: assign tasks, provide technical support, evaluate performance, and foster skill development. * Plan and schedule electrical maintenance work, ensuring the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and personnel. * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring a quick response to minimize production downtime. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Review and validate technical documentation, including electrical diagrams, maintenance procedures, and equipment specifications. * Coordinate with operations, engineering, and other maintenance areas to ensure effective communication and planning. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, participating in updates, modifications, or modernization of electrical systems. * Ensure high\-quality execution of electrical installations, inspections, and commissioning of new equipment. * Report any incidents or non\-conformities detected during task execution to your supervisor. * Comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as manuals, procedures, instructions, and other applicable documentation. * Perform any other tasks related to your Professional Group as assigned by your supervisors. **About You** * University degree in Engineering or Vocational Training in Mechanics, Electrical, or related fields, with experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing industrial maintenance. * Strong proficiency in office tools such as Project and Excel, essential for planning and project tracking. * Previous experience with SAP management (at least 1 year). * Basic level of English for technical communication. * Experience in production processes and handling food products, or knowledge of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Knowledge of applicable regulations and product attributes. * Ability to manage projects and select suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing department. * Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D and Eplan for design and technical management. **Our Offer** At Symrise, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and experience inspiring projects that contribute to the well\-being of millions of people in more than 160 countries.
