Job Summary: We are seeking a bus ticket verifier in Badalona, responsible for ticket verification, PDA data collection, and conflict management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ticket verification and PDA data collection 2. Experience in conflict management and customer service 3. Negotiation and dialogue skills We are looking for a person to carry out ticket verification across various bus lines in Badalona. Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, working 3 or 4 days per week, totaling 30 hours/week \- shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Temporary coverage for vacation periods during June, with possible extension to cover subsequent vacations. PDA data collection, ticket verification, and proposal of formal complaints when necessary. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Conflict management experience and public-facing experience. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: intermediate) * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Intensive work schedule * Additional relevant information: Work location in Badalona. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, working 3 or 4 days per week, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Negotiation, dialogue, and conflict management skills are required.
