The selected candidate will work with vulnerable groups, combining individual follow-up, guidance, and coordination with local stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct intake, employability assessment, and development of the Personalized Employment Integration Pathway. * Accompany program participants throughout their subsidized employment contract period. * Provide individual tutoring for monitoring and support during workplace adaptation. * Prepare transition toward unsubsidized employment integration. * Develop transversal competencies and work habits. * Identify training needs and implement assigned training activities (prepare training materials, facilitate group participation dynamics, assess trainees, monitor attendance, etc.) * Coordinate with the organization’s technical team and coordinator, as well as external services (social services, partner organizations, local stakeholders, etc.) * Record interventions, track indicators, and prepare technical reports. **Requirements** * Completed university degree in social or educational fields (Social Education, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Pedagogy, or similar). * Experience in vocational guidance and employment integration with vulnerable groups. * Knowledge of subsidized employment programs, preferably those managed by SOC (GIA, Galileu, CTR). * Ability to work in teams, autonomy, and skills in organization, planning, and communication. * Basic digital competencies for management and recordkeeping. * Catalan language proficiency at C1 level. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in SOC’s Work and Training Program accompaniment lines or similar. * Training in gender perspective and intervention with cultural diversity. * Familiarity with the local area and social resources. * Teaching qualification for Levels A, B, and C of the Vocational Training System (Vocational Training for Employment) * Immediate availability. **Offered** * Permanent contract. * Integration into an interdisciplinary team with a socioeducational approach. * Participation in socially impactful projects. * Terms and salary according to the Catalonia Social Action Collective Agreement Cat.G2 Graduates. * Full-time schedule of 38 hours per week. * Working hours: Monday from 9:00 to 17:00; Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:30. * Workplace located at the organization’s headquarters in Santa Coloma de Gramenet. **Profile:** **Job Description** We seek a professional in employment integration to carry out sociolaboral accompaniment tasks within the framework of the Work and Training Program of the Catalan Public Employment Service.
