Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction business line, requires a Workshop Manager for its machinery park in Barcelona.**Position Description** DESCRIPTION * Coordinate daily work of assigned technicians to ensure efficient and productive operations. * Supervise maintenance and repair processes carried out by technicians; provide advice and guidance throughout these processes. * Provide support and follow-up on incidents or breakdowns with customers, technicians, and after-sales personnel of represented brands. * Prioritize tasks based on the principle of minimizing machine downtime, using your own judgment. * Oversee workshop work orders and invoicing. * Source, develop, and improve current local suppliers. * Be responsible for training and professional growth of personnel under supervision. * Develop the maintenance contract business. **Candidate Requirements** REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of electromechanics, maintenance, and hydraulics. * Personnel management experience. * Strong organizational and planning skills. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore actively foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunity for all.
