Manage administrative processes related to staff contracting (hiring, termination, and contractual modifications). Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and monitor legal obligations in labor matters. Coordinate and manage the full payroll process, guaranteeing its accurate preparation and resolving any incidents. Address and manage staff incidents, providing close, agile, and solution-oriented support. Manage medical leaves and conduct the corresponding follow-up. Monitor and manage wage garnishments, attachments, and other administrative aspects linked to payroll. Collaborate in managing and monitoring occupational health and safety activities, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with the Prevention Plan and applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, coordinating preventive activities with various departments and external companies. Manage and coordinate onboarding procedures for employees, both from the Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety perspectives, according to established procedures. Participate in accident or incident investigations to drive continuous improvement. * Experience: 3 years. Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative personnel management. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: Organization and planning: Structuring administrative processes and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Clear and empathetic communication: Managing incidents and interacting with employees professionally. Teamwork: Collaborating with different departments and contributing to a cross-functional environment. Accuracy and attention to detail: Document management and regulatory compliance. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1750' to '2000' * Additional relevant information: Permanent full-time contract. Initial training will take place at our headquarters in Sant Adrià de Besòs, and subsequently, the candidate will perform duties at the Sabadell facility. Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, with possible schedule adjustments to better balance personal and professional life.
