We are seeking professionals with extensive experience in financial process transformation to join our Strategy and Consulting team in the financial services sector. The analyst will gain a solid understanding of data analysis and development principles applied to projects related to risk management and financial management of banks and insurance companies. Key responsibilities include: * Enhancing data models for credit risk admission and monitoring * Designing and building new analytical models for financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes * Applying AI to improve risk control models, create risk appetite metrics and dashboards * Applying machine learning models to AML risk scoring, etc. * Gathering functional requirements and translating them to the IT team Requirements for this role: * Experience in financial sector projects, including corporate planning and risk management processes, as well as understanding of credit risk models and industry regulations * Data analytics skills, including programming tools such as Python and SQL.
