




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cook to collaborate with the team in a hotel, performing dish preparation and presentation, as well as cleaning. Key Points: 1. Team collaboration in kitchen processes and food handling. 2. Preparation and presentation of dishes. 3. Maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and material control. CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires a COOK for our new hotel CATALONIA BOULEVARD located in the center of BARCELONA. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including raw material receipt, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings established in the planned schedule. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any incidents accordingly. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in gastronomic hotels. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation. * Experience in restaurants or hotels.
