Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Technician for raw materials to optimize the textile supply chain, managing procurement, negotiations, and quality control. Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of purchases for fabrics, yarns, and textile accessories. 2. Negotiation with national and international suppliers (Europe, Asia). 3. Coordination with production for demand forecasting. Purchasing Technician for a garment manufacturing company We are looking for a Raw Materials Buyer to join our supplier team and optimize the textile supply chain. Main responsibilities: End-to-end management of purchases for fabrics, yarns, and textile accessories; Negotiation with national and international suppliers (Europe, Asia); Monitoring of market trends and raw material prices; Tracking of delivery deadlines and supply quality; Cost optimization while maintaining quality standards; Procurement documentation management (delivery notes, invoices, quality certificates); Coordination with the production department for demand forecasting * Minimum 1 year of experience. Demonstrable experience in textile purchasing (minimum 1 year); Knowledge of textile raw materials (fabrics, yarns, finishes); Proficiency in technical English (for dealing with international suppliers) * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / knowledge: Knowledge of English; Familiarity with European textile regulations (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RCS, etc.); Experience with ERP STM is desirable * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1400' to '1550' * Additional information: Working hours to be defined according to needs; An organized individual capable of handling parallel tasks is required; Proactivity and negotiation skills
