Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Auditor to join our headquarters, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality processes and standards, conducting internal audits, and participating in continuous improvement. It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. We are growing and need to expand our team; we are seeking a QUALITY AUDITOR to join our headquarters in Barcelona. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure compliance with the company's established work processes and quality standards, as well as their implementation and monitoring across all Departments and areas. * Conduct internal audits for various Departments and Hotels. * Issue audit reports per hotel and recommendations for improvement. Design CAPA (Corrective Action Plan), setting timelines for completion within the established period. * Participate in the design, review, and improvement of hotel processes/standards. REQUIREMENTS * Degree or technical training in Tourism, Hospitality, Quality Management, or related field * Knowledge of HACCP * Preferably experience in hotels * English: B2 level * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Must be available for travel WE OFFER * Stable position * Competitive salary * Opportunity to join one of the country's TOP10 hotel chains, which continues to expand * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday * Offices located in the heart of Barcelona
