Summary: We provide detailed support to the BPA team through financial information and validation and accuracy of data, enabling analysis and reporting to formulate long-term strategic business and economic plans. We manage the organization’s monthly billing procedures and BU reporting packages. ### **Summary** Detailed support is provided to the BPA team through financial information and validation and accuracy of data. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Providing detailed support to managers in areas such as financial activities, decision-making, and general project issues. \~ Supporting senior employees to align organizational business processes and ensure predictability. \~ Conducting analysis and reporting—and formulating long-term strategic business and economic plans—by delivering accurate data and insights. \~ Supporting reporting on performance and numerical allocations. \~ Assisting in preparing project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Supporting management of the organization’s monthly billing (BPA) procedures and BU reporting packages. \~ Participate in ground and beverage BPA projects. \~ Reporting technical complaints / adverse events / special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. \~ Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key Performance Indicators Internal customer satisfaction, quality, relevance, financial analysis Reliability and accuracy of all specified metrics Work Experience \~ Operations management and execution Skills \~ Market understanding \~ Understanding of value drivers \~ Planning and analysis \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Process optimization \~ Data cleansing \~ Normalization \~ Data visualization \~ Employee engagement \~ Finance and management \~ Compliance and control reporting Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
