This individual will play a key role in implementing our corporate fundraising strategy by developing and strengthening alliances with businesses and foundations, thereby contributing to the sustainability of our projects.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in corporate fundraising to join our team, increase the number of companies and foundations supporting our mission, and maximize revenue generated through these relationships. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, this person will lead the acquisition and retention of:
* Benefactors
* Major corporate and philanthropic partnerships
* Partner companies
* SMEs and local businesses
The Strategic Partnerships Unit is part of the fundraising team, which consists of 15 office-based staff and over 70 field agents, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Strategy:**
* Implement and evolve, together with the area manager, the fundraising strategy through companies and foundations, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships.
* Develop clear, persuasive, and impactful value propositions tailored to different stakeholders, ensuring effective communication that resonates with target audiences.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and transparency, achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
* Design customized communication cycles adapted to the needs of partner companies and foundations.
* Manage corporate accounts efficiently and rigorously, using the CRM as a control dashboard to record all qualitative and quantitative information, ensuring timely and effective donor communication and maximizing their engagement potential. Conduct thorough monitoring of results and key business indicators to optimize development and retention strategies and maximize income.
* Prepare forecasts and budget projections aligned with fundraising goals, and conduct detailed tracking and analysis of results and key performance indicators to refine development and retention strategies and maximize revenue.
* Continuously innovate by proposing improvements and new fundraising methods.
**Teamwork:**
* Collaborate with other departments within the fundraising team (data, digital, campaigns) and across the Foundation (donor stewardship, communications, finance, social services, legal, etc.) to ensure the success of established partnerships.
* Identify and work with key personnel within the Foundation and BBRC to develop a joint strategy for prospecting and presenting projects to potential corporate partners.

**Qualifications and Experience**
* University degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles within non-profit organizations or the private sector, with demonstrated success in fundraising.
* Experience in short-, medium-, and long-term planning of actions and objectives with a global and cross-functional perspective.
* Experience managing budgets to ensure the profitability of implemented initiatives.
* In-depth knowledge of the private sector and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR, ESG) policies.
* Project management experience, decision-making ability, and track record of meeting deadlines.
* Languages: Catalan and Spanish (native level), English (advanced).
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI) and segmentation, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
