Your main responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the complete execution of the project, controlling deadlines, quality, safety, and costs. * Manage work teams, trades, and subcontractors during the execution phase. * Control the correct application of construction systems and materials adapted to historic buildings. * Resolve technical issues on site with autonomy and technical judgment. * Maintain fluent communication with architectural management, municipal technicians, and technical office. * Ensure compliance with regulations and quality and safety standards at every stage. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar. * Solid experience (minimum 10 years) managing building projects, with special emphasis on restorations, full renovations, or interventions in historic buildings. * Proficiency in technical regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL), and management of public works or projects funded by institutions. * Problem-solving profile, organized, with leadership skills. * Computer tools: Sigrid, Navision, AutoCAD, or other planning and construction control tools. ### **Benefits** * Join a flagship and visible project in Arenys de Mar. * Stable contract * Salary to be determined based on experience. * Active participation in technically and culturally significant projects. * Stable technical team and support from the central technical office. * Collaborative work environment focused on construction excellence.
