**Laboratory Computerized Systems Manager**
Within the QA Systems Product department, the role is to implement and maintain systems ensuring GMP compliance for products and processes (APQRs, CSV\&C, document and master data review and approval…).
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and execute system-related tasks. For example:
+ Documentation and maintenance of system architecture throughout its lifecycle.
+ Document review of application administration procedures (AAP).
+ Execution, verification, and validation of the data backup system (PBA) and recovery procedure (PRE).
+ Verification and validation of system image copies.
+ System change management, including all components:
* Operating system updates.
* Antivirus updates.
* Data control system updates.
* Perform the administrator function for these computerized systems (maintenance and monitoring):
+ User administration in the system (creation, deactivation, modification).
+ Time adjustment.
+ Periodic password changes on equipment without logical security.
+ Review of administrative audit trails.
+ Review of system monitoring.
+ Incident resolution.
**Profile and Requirements:**
* University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred areas: IT and/or laboratories).
* Essential training or knowledge of computerized systems for laboratory analytical instrumentation.
* Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
* Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
