Description

Job Summary: Develop and program control systems for special-purpose machinery and industrial automation solutions, integrating and diagnosing systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and programming of control systems for industrial automation. 2. Programming of Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal / Step 7 and Ladder (LAD). 3. Integration of automation systems and troubleshooting of incidents. ### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and program control systems for special-purpose machinery and industrial automation solutions. * Program Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal / Step 7\. * Implement control logic in Ladder (LAD) language and develop advanced functions in SCL. * Configure and program HMI interfaces for equipment operation and supervision. * Integrate automation systems with industrial devices (sensors, actuators, variable-frequency drives, robots, etc.). * Diagnose and resolve control software issues during development and commissioning. * Participate in FAT/SAT tests and on-site commissioning at customer locations. * Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation associated with developments. * Perform occasional business trips to customer sites within Spain (up to 20% of time). ### **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or equivalent technical vocational training. * Experience programming Siemens PLCs in industrial environments. * Experience with TIA Portal / Step 7\. * Proficiency in Ladder (LAD) programming. * Experience in HMI programming and configuration. * Knowledge of industrial networks and device communication. * Experience in industrial automation or special-purpose machinery projects. * Willingness to travel occasionally.
