Unlimited budget for AI tools Description I am collaborating with a Barcelona-based company with nearly 20 years of history that has built the world’s largest SaaS platform for global reforestation: over 40 million trees planted across more than 50 countries. A mature product with real and measurable impact. The company is undergoing a full transformation into an AI-agent-driven organization. The goal is for every operational area (sales, operations, monitoring, reporting) to function with specialized, automated agents. This is not "adding AI to the product"—it is redefining how the entire company operates. They seek a Senior Platform Engineer with independent technical judgment and genuine influence over architectural decisions. Someone who not only designs and implements these systems but also identifies which areas can benefit from automation and proposes concrete initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities: * Map operational workflows and identify automation opportunities * Design and implement modular backend services with clear orchestration logic * Adopt a data-first mindset: model data before writing code * Rapidly prototype, then industrialize * Take ownership of your domain’s architecture, with direct business impact Team of 5 senior engineers, quality-oriented. You will have an unlimited budget for AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.).
