We focus on the food & beverage industry\*\*, offering clients end-to-end solutions—from initial concept design to final construction implementation. **Job Responsibilities** Creative Conceptualization: Develop interior design concepts and proposals for F&B projects. Technical Drafting: Produce construction drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) and detailed node drawings. Visualization: Create 3D models and renderings to provide intuitive design presentations for clients. Material & Specification Curation: Select materials, furniture, accessories, lighting fixtures, and compile material take-offs. Site Supervision: Coordinate technically with suppliers and conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-fidelity execution of the design. Permit Support: Assist in compiling technical documentation required for various permits and licenses. **Qualifications** Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Language Proficiency: Native-level Chinese for seamless communication with clients and stakeholders; Spanish at B2 level or higher. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, or 3dsMAX), and rendering engines (V\-Ray, Enscape, Corona, or Lumion). Core Competencies: Strong aesthetic sense and spatial imagination, attention to detail, excellent time management, and resilience under pressure. **Work Environment** You will join a dynamic, young team. Standard 8-hour workday with weekends off; base salary plus commission.
