If you are someone who loves working in a fast\-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place! **THE JOURNEY** * Support and control all Health and Safety matters according to Spanish law * Support our people and business, leading the company to prevent work\-related accidents and to comply with local regulations * Design and propose measures aimed at correcting detected risks, both at a technical and organizational level, and at improving working conditions * Carry out internal audits across the different workplaces. * Cooperate with the international team, helping them with H \& S aspects, when needed * Design work instructions and revise them periodically * Manage labor inspections related to occupational risk prevention * Carry out investigations of occupational accidents * Management and distribution of PPE to employees * Create emergency plans and perform emergency drills * Deliver and follow up on the completion status of H \& S training * Management of health surveillance * Coordination of business activities (CAE) * Coordination of external providers ### **Qualifications** **ABOUT YOU** * Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, according to Spanish regulation (3 specializations) * Previous experience handling H\&S responsibilities. * Advanced Office/Google Sheets skills * Fluent English (written and spoken) * Able to work in a fast\-paced, growing startup environment and collaborate with different levels of management * Organized, proactive and creative * Hands\-on profile/mindset * Excellent communication skills Even if it seems you don't meet our musts, don't let it stop you—we're all about finding the best talent out there!
