At Ilerwork, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager in Barcelona to manage and coordinate various national retail projects (stores, gyms, offices, etc.). If you enjoy on-site work, possess practical insight and problem-solving ability, this position is for you! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Plan, organize, and supervise all construction phases, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Coordinate various trades and subcontractors on site. * For smaller projects, perform trade-related tasks as needed (e.g., tiling a small bathroom, assisting with self-leveling mortar, etc.). * Anticipate issues and proactively provide effective solutions. * Interpret blueprints and carry out on-site space layout. Comply with established safety regulations and execution standards. * Requirements * Prior experience as a Construction Site Manager is preferred, though we also welcome candidates with less experience but strong motivation to learn and grow. * Availability for nationwide travel. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Experience in on-site space layout. * Problem-solving skills and proactivity. * Basic proficiency with digital tools.
