They will also be responsible for leading the team, promoting its training, motivation, and professional growth. Supervise and coordinate the installation team in solar energy and electric vehicle charging point projects. Ensure installations comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Participate in project planning and execution, optimizing resources and time. Train and guide personnel in best practices for installation and maintenance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct project implementation. * Experience: 3 years. Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical sector, preferably in photovoltaic installations or electric vehicle charging points. Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic and changing environments. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION CERTIFICATE * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: OFFICIAL QUALIFICATION RELATED TO ELECTRICITY (Photovoltaic), 20-hour course in the metal or construction sector (accredited), 8-hour height course, Basic Preventive Resource (60 hours) * Availability of a vehicle * Availability for travel * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '2083' to '2250'
