This role is essential to ensure the proper execution and supervision of electrical activities in our solar projects. The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in the electrical field, as well as in-depth knowledge of photovoltaic technology. **Responsibilities** --------------------- As a **Photovoltaic Electrical Supervisor**, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Technical Supervision**: Direct and supervise on-site electrical team work, ensuring all activities comply with established safety and quality regulations. * **Planning and Coordination**: Organize and plan electrical installation activities, ensuring proper alignment among different project teams and sectors. * **Project Management**: Collaborate in managing the project schedule, monitoring progress, and ensuring targets are met within established deadlines. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all installations comply with local and international electrical safety and environmental regulations. * **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve technical issues arising during the installation phase, guaranteeing uninterrupted on-site work. * **Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on the status of electrical installations and team activities, effectively communicating both issues and achievements to management. * **Training**: Provide training and guidance to team personnel on best electrical practices and safety procedures. * **Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Work closely with supervisors from other disciplines and administrative staff to ensure coherence and smooth workflow across the project. **Requirements** -------------- To apply for the position of **Photovoltaic Electrical Supervisor**, candidates must meet the following requirements: * **Education**: Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field. * **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience supervising electrical projects, preferably in the photovoltaic sector. * **Technical Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electrical regulations, and associated technologies. Experience with electrical design and simulation software is desirable. * Valid **60-Hour PRL Course** * **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and conflict resolution. * **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
