Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Management Systems Technician to support the maintenance and improvement of our Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001, aimed at junior profiles interested in process management and continuous improvement. Opportunity for professional development in business management and ISO systems At Grupo Detriavall, we seek to hire a Junior Management Systems Technician to support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving our Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001\. This position targets junior profiles interested in process management, internal organization, and continuous improvement across our companies. Sector: Insurance Employment Type: Full-time • Support the management and updating of system documentation (procedures, instructions, and records). • Collaborate in monitoring internal processes and ensuring their proper documentation. • Provide support during internal audits of the ISO 9001 system. • Monitor corrective actions and nonconformities. • Support the collection and monitoring of process indicators. • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for the management system. • Collaborate in supplier evaluations and review of operational protocols. * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) * Competencies / Knowledge: Organization, Learning Ability Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Business Administration and Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering (Organization), Administration, or related fields. Experience • 0–2 years of experience in process management, management systems, or internal documentation (preferred). • Internships or training in ISO systems will be valued. Desirable Knowledge: • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001\. • Knowledge of ISO 27001 is desirable. • Proficiency in Excel and office software. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time * Gross monthly salary: 1500 * Additional relevant information: Remote work one day per week Salary: 21\.000€
