We are seeking an individual to join our **Customer Service team in Spain**, someone eager to contribute, service-oriented and motivated to deliver an outstanding experience to our users.
This role is ideal for proactive individuals with strong communication skills, customer sensitivity and the ability to handle incidents effectively. You will work closely with various teams to ensure every interaction with our customers is clear, resolution-focused and aligned with our values.
### **Responsibilities**
* Making and receiving calls to customers to advise them and clarify questions regarding the product.
* Managing emails related to customer inquiries and incidents.
* Handling emails linked to formal complaints, ensuring appropriate treatment and compliance with established deadlines.
* Supporting the integration and adaptation of customer service processes.
* Collecting information and updating reports destined for the Operations department.
* Managing early repayments and amortizations, and ensuring their correct posting in internal systems.
* Maintaining an optimal service level, contributing to improving the customer experience.
### **Requirements**
* **Customer service and communication:** Experience handling telephone and email inquiries, resolving incidents and complaints — ideally within financial environments. Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically and solution-oriented.
* **Administrative management and digital tools:** Basic knowledge of administrative processes and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, CRM and office productivity tools.
* **Organization, attention to detail and problem-solving:** Ability to prioritize tasks, manage varying workloads, review documentation and data accurately, and resolve issues efficiently.
* **Service orientation:** Consistent focus on delivering high-quality service and enhancing the customer experience.
