Participate in educational planning and intervention A company based in Tortosa is seeking 1 Social Educator holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education to fill a position reserved for a person with a certified disability of at least 33%. \* Carry out the daily dynamics of everyday life in an integrated manner with the rest of the educational team. \* Conduct comprehensive observation of the family, adolescent and/or child, and record information in the corresponding formats. \* Promote integration, coexistence, and a welcoming environment grounded in respect and affection, fostering a sense of belonging and equal treatment across the entire group. \* Engage, motivate, and support the family in caring for and monitoring the child/adolescent’s developmental process, establishing affective bonds and trust, encouraging maximum assumption of responsibility, and facilitating their participation and collaboration in their own holistic development process. \* Participate in planning the practical implementation of educational intervention. \* Participate in drafting all technical documentation generated by the Children’s House, ensuring confidentiality throughout the family’s stay at the Children’s House. * Social Education * Social Education * Catalan (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Familiarity with systemic family intervention and experience working with children and families will be valued. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time
