We are looking for a receptionist with a disability certificate to work 20 hours per week at a multinational group operating several digital platforms, headquartered in Barcelona. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence * Serve as the primary contact point for service providers (cleaning, maintenance, stationery, coffee, etc.), placing and receiving orders * Book flights, hotels, and transportation for senior management and staff * Reserve and prepare welcome kits for new employees (technical equipment and office supplies) * Coordinate the retrieval of company assets (computers, keys, access cards) when employees leave the organization * Manage and support the organization of corporate events **What We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9/10–13/14 * Workplace location: Barcelona, Avenida Diagonal * Gross annual salary of €17,000, prorated across 14 payments * Permanent contract with a three-month probationary period **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum two years’ prior experience in a receptionist role, performing typical reception duties * Minimum academic qualification: EGB and/or ESO * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Ability to independently navigate urban areas (e.g., event venues) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including courtesy, empathy, and proactivity * Valid disability certificate indicating a minimum disability level of 33% * Up-to-date unemployment registration * Immediate availability
