As an ORP Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) across all levels of the company, providing specialized support, conducting audits and technical reports, and promoting a safety culture within our organization and at our workplaces. Responsibilities: Providing specialized advice and support on ORP to the entire organizational structure to ensure OSH integration. Developing and updating the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and safety management procedures. Preparing technical reports (e.g., job-specific risk assessments, ergonomic and psychosocial reports, accident rate analyses, incident investigations, etc.). Proposing planning of activities and objectives related to OSH. Informing and training staff on OSH procedures applicable to the organizational structure. Conducting visits to client sites and our own facilities to carry out training, inspections, and audits as required by the company. Coordinating business activities with suppliers and clients to ensure regulatory compliance. Supporting and advising the Safety and Health Committee. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Applying good environmental practices in the workplace. Managing matters related to health surveillance (e.g., planning and follow-up, managing contract suspensions due to pregnancy-related risks, etc.). Investigating occupational accidents and processing them via Delta and CoNTA platforms. Promoting and applying best practices in safety, occupational health, and environmental protection across all company activities.Ifrec Indefinite-term contract with probationary period Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00; Friday, 9:00–15:00. (Mandatory) Advanced knowledge of occupational risk prevention legislation. SAP knowledge is desirable. Minimum 1 year of experience as an ORP Technician. Experience in service-sector companies will be valued. Geographic mobility throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is mandatory. Familiarity with platforms for coordinating preventive activities. Valid driver’s license is mandatory; personal vehicle is desirable. Preference for candidates residing in the Vallès region and surrounding areas
