Dynamic environment with demanding technical projects Criteria Human Resources is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join an industrial-sector company undertaking technical and operational projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical fieldwork, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards. Supervision of electrical work in industrial installations. Coordination of technical teams and subcontractors. Monitoring of planning and execution deadlines. Quality control of completed work. Verification of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Technical support in resolving on-site incidents. Direct reporting to the technical director or project manager. * Experience: 3 years. Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in industrial environments performing electrical supervision or coordination duties. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / Knowledge: Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems or Technical Engineering Degree in the Industrial Electrical Field (medium and low voltage). Technical training in Electricity, Electromechanics, or related disciplines. Knowledge of current electrical regulations. Leadership and team coordination skills. Availability for on-site work.
