Talent coordination and contractual performance oversight A Barcelona-based company is seeking to hire a junior Project Manager with 6 months of experience for its Partnerships department, responsible for managing accounts related to Serie A, Ligue 1, and the Spanish-speaking football market (Spain and Latin America). The candidate must have professional and academic experience in the sports industry, as well as knowledge of the European and Latin American markets. A Master’s degree in International Sport and Event Management is required, along with advanced English proficiency and basic French. Social media expertise (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch), passion for football and digital content, and familiarity with digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, InfluenZer.io, HubSpot, AI tools, and the Google ecosystem) are valued. A permanent contract and full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00) are offered. Gross monthly salary: €1,454.22 x 14 payments.
