Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution. **About the role** We are looking for a Senior Packaging, Print \& Digital Designer with strong technical expertise and a sharp eye for detail. This role combines high\-level design thinking with deep knowledge of print production and packaging systems. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling packaging solutions aligned with brand strategy, while ensuring technical accuracy across materials, formats, and production processes. The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams. **Key responsibilities** * Develop and execute packaging, print, and digital design projects aligned with brand identity and strategy * Create strong visual concepts and apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables * Build clear, effective visual hierarchies focused on consumer impact * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met * Oversee quality control throughout the creative and production process * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams (marketing, trade, production, suppliers, etc.) * Support and supervise small teams (2–3 people), providing guidance and feedback * Prepare layouts, keylines, and packaging structures including die\-cuts and folds * Work across various materials and substrates (carton, plastics, films, labels, sleeves, etc.) * Create 2D mockups for presentations and concept visualization (nice to have) **Requirements:** ----------------- * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign * Strong knowledge of printing techniques (offset, flexography, gravure, and digital) with solid technical judgment * Expertise in color management (CMYK, Pantone, ICC profiles) * Solid understanding of prepress and artwork preparation processes * Experience working with packaging structures, die\-lines, layouts, and keylines * Proven experience across different materials and substrates * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy * Strong problem\-solving skills, especially in technical contexts * Clear and effective communication skills with both clients and internal teams * Experience mentoring or leading junior designers * Intermediate level of English **Languages** * Proficiency in English OR Spanish is mandatory * Any other languages are a plus. **What we offer** * Remote flex Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2\.30 PM. * Three weeks of remote work per year. * Summer working hours across July and August (9:00 AM to 4\.00 PM). * Free English \& Spanish classes to boost your global communication skills. * Access to Wellhub, a wellness platform offering a wide range of fitness and wellbeing options. * Flexible retribution plan for meals, transport and childcare. * Holidays: 22 working days \+ 3 days established by the collective agreement \+ national and local public holidays. * Bright, spacious offices in the heart of Barcelona. * Competitive salary with real growth opportunities. * A global environment, cutting\-edge tools, and a culture driven by trends and innovation.
