Your main duties would include:** * Supporting the Administration and Finance Department. * Providing administrative support in customer risk control. * Providing administrative support in accounting management (suppliers, customers, banks). **What qualifications are required for this position?** * Bachelor’s degree, diploma, university degree, or higher vocational qualification related to administration and management, commerce, marketing, or similar fields. * No prior experience is required, although experience in administrative tasks or similar departments will be valued. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with Dynamics is considered an advantage. * Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or First Certificate). * A proactive, dynamic, versatile individual with strong teamwork skills, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional development within our company. * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. **What do we offer?** * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. * Flexible office hours: between 8–9 a.m. and 5–6 p.m., and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Weekly working hours: 40. * Salary negotiable based on qualifications. * Initial internal training to familiarize the candidate with our products, processes, and company methodology. * Immediate incorporation. **If you believe your profile matches what we are looking for...** **We look forward to meeting you!**
